Summer is around the corner so an easy way to keep hydrated and keep everyone happy is with fresh juice or even better a healthy slushie. Bring on the brain freeze!

Did you know a large slushie purchased at a convenience store includes up to 21 teaspoons of sugar....ouch!

All you need is two ingredients.

1 wedge of watermelon

1 lime


Cut the watermelon into pieces and freeze half of it.

Place the frozen pieces along with the equivalent amount of fresh watermelon into a food processor.

Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice.

Blitz until smooth
